The staff here are very friendly and helpful, and the location is superbly central, near the train and bus stations, as well as close to transportation options.

the hotel was absolutely great, we had a such wonderful time and would stay here again. the location was great and incredible, a 10-15 minute walking distance from porta. opposite a tube station, it was a plus. loved the way our big twin room for twin bed was arranged.

The location offered was perfect very close to anywhere, quiet, clean, shops and dining options and the underground. For dinner, we went to Osakana Dekoboko, it was right at the venue...

Great location opposite Kyoto Central Station - train, buses. Refrigerator was very much appreciated. Close to French Bakery and Lawson convenience store - where you can buy water, yoghurt, ice cream, alcohol etc. Clean, comfortable room.

Booked a room with amazing views of the park, enjoyed the newly renovated bathroom, comfy bed, and the convenient location near major electronic shopping centers.

Very handy for travelling out of Kyoto, staff remembered me from last stays..kept my bag in storage for a week...great attention to customer.

Breakfast is expensive and not of the quality related to the price 2100 yens is a bit much for that hotel...restaurant is like a canteen...pity.

Located in a quaint European-style building in a bustling shopping area. 🏢 Great spot right across from a convenient bus stop. Easy walk to a mall and supermarket nearby. Quick access to everything you need for a comfortable stay.

The staff is friendly and helpful. It is well located proximity to Kyoto station with shopping malls and many restaurants. The room is clean.

For economy room, the room size is small and hardly space for walking. Thus, I need to upgrade and pay more for a bigger and comfortable one.
